After my dealings with Femilife, it was an amazing difference dealing with Comfort Zone Surgery in Istanbul.  After my initial email enquiry, their patient co-ordinator (Engin) actually telephoned me back 5 minutes later.  His English was impeccable and he was very assuring and knowledgeable about the services that Comfort Zone offered.  He said that he would email me some images and more information very shortly and 10 minutes later, the email arrived on my desktop.  All subsequent emails were answered promptly and courteously - and with the exception of one email, all within about 10 mins of my message to him.  The one exception was when I emailed him one evening at around 6:30pm UK time (around 8:30pm Turkey time) and I didn't expect any response until the following day - but lo and behold, a response came back from him within about an hour.

The cost of surgeries includes everything except the cost of the flight and includes accommodation in a modern apartment block close to the Esthetica Clinic (complete with swimming pool, tennis courts and lovely walks), all meals, medications and pre-surgical tests, transport to and from the airport and to the clinic to see the surgeon and ancillary staff, mobile phone for instant support from Engin and his team.  For more details on the hospital and the accommodation please click here.
